Seriously good experience with these people! I just bought a second hand Rodeo 4wd, which seemed to have a leak in our aircon system. I found Mideast with google and they asked me to drop the car around for a look. I didn't think they'd work on it that day, but they did despite being pretty busy. All sorted in a few hours. Then again, you'd expect no less, I guess! They do auto Air Conditioning. Happily and quickly, was my experience. But I'm sure many others are the same!

That's NOT why I'm writing this review! When I got home, I found my right front indicator was faulty. It was acting like the bulb had blown, but it was actually flashing a completely different bulb!! I called them and told them my problem. They were confused as to how it could happen, given the work they'd done, but asked me to bring it straight back. They put a bloke onto it straight away, and for the next hour and a bit he worked on the wiring.

The problem was shoddy connections from a previous wiring job, which had been disturbed during the aircon repair. The same thing would happen when the car went in for a service, and any other work done in that area of the engine bay. Or when I next hit a decent bump! He patched it temporarily and showed me how to fix the problem permanently (which I've now done), and examined all the other connections nearby for me. All with a smile from him and his boss. It was never their fault. And not their field. But they sorted it for me anyway. THAT'S why I'm writing this review.

"I have a FG Falcon that had an air conditioning issue that was problematic due to the fact it couldn't be seemingly fixed (ie, it had been to other workshops). Took the car to Mideast Car Airconditioning in Nunawading, where it was fixed promptly. Chris's work ethic & professionalism were shown in how the repair work was done & the attitude displayed.
